Shipping Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be read in conjunction with our main Terms.
Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order placed with Jhelsea Studios.
Processing & Production Time
All of our products are thoughtfully handcrafted in Manila, Philippines. Orders typically take up to 7 business days to process and produce. Please note that during sales or holidays, this processing time may increase.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and produced, we will ship via LBC, JRS, or J&T Express. Shipping times are as follows:
- Luzon: 3-5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 5-8 business days
For international orders, we offer shipping through DHL or FedEx. Please see the available shipping options at checkout for estimated delivery times and rates.
Rush Orders
If you require a rush order for a special occasion, an additional rush fee will apply. Rush orders must be pre-approved by our team. Please email us at hello@jhelseastudios.com or use the contact form below before placing your order to confirm availability.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused products within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the product does not meet your personal preferences. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a detailed description and photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be held responsible for any loss in value. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
For return inquiries, email us at hello@jhelseastudios.com, including your order number and shipping tracking information if the issue is related to delivery.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking details to update.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Jhelsea Studios is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been scanned and confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as "Delivered" but has not been received, it may still arrive within 3-4 days. If not, please contact us at hello@jhelseastudios.com for assistance in filing a claim with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen items once marked as delivered.
