Burn Bright, Burn Long
To ensure a long-lasting, even burn and enjoy the best performance from your soy wax candles, follow these simple care tips:

1. Trim the Wick
Before lighting your candle, trim the wick to 1/4 inch. This prevents excessive smoking, sooting, and ensures an even, clean burn. A properly trimmed wick also helps extend the life of your candle.
2. Allow for a Full Melt Pool
For the first burn, let your candle melt across the entire surface before extinguishing it. This can take 2-4 hours depending on the size of the candle. A full melt pool helps avoid tunneling, ensuring the candle burns evenly throughout its life.

3. Burn in 3-4 Hour Intervals
Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This prevents overheating and ensures the wax melts evenly. Extinguish the candle, let it cool, and trim the wick before relighting.
4. Keep Your Candle in a Draft-Free Zone
To prevent uneven burning or excessive flickering, keep your candle away from drafts, fans, and air vents. This helps the candle burn evenly and prolongs its lifespan.
5. Store Properly
Keep your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. This helps preserve the scent and color of your soy wax candle.
